Staffing Options and Solutions, Inc. (SOS) is a therapist owned and managed company dedicated to bringing together therapy professionals with job opportunities in school and health care settings.

SOS holds school contracts and provides short term temporary or travel opportunities in school, hospital, clinic, nursing home and other therapy environments in twelve states. In our contract staffing division we seek to directly employ qualified therapy professionals for our contract and temporary staffing vacancies. Our current contract services and temporary staffing states are: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Our permanent placement division works with therapists and client employers nationwide.

Because we work exclusively with Speech Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP and CF-SLP), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and Audiologists (Aud and AuD), we can focus on your unique needs and demands within the special education, therapy and rehabilitation profession.
