SOS Employment Application
Applications are only being accepted for SLP/CCC, SLP/CF, SLP Asst, OT, COTA, PT, PTA, or Audiology Positions. Applications from individuals with one of these credentials will be kept on file for six months.
If you are using Chrome or Apple/Safari you can complete the form and print it without enabling Adobe but your information will not save or be submitted unless you are using an Adobe form. Chrome and Apple/Safari are incompatible programs and will not allow your data to be saved to your SOS profile or submitted to SOS on line
SOS Employee Payroll Information Login
As an SOS employee you will be able to access your payroll information over the internet through iPay. Every two weeks your pay check will be directly deposited into the bank account(s) you have specified. You can access a copy of your pay stub on the internet. It's very simple to register and it will be a very convenient and reliable way for you to receive your payroll information.
