We can simultaneously consider you for direct employment in an SOS Travel or Contract position and for Permanent Placement with our clients. Temporary and Contract Staffing Services
SOS provides Temporary and Contract Staffing Services in twelve states. Our work assignments range from 13-week medical assignments to 10-month school assignments for Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants and Audiologists. We offer a comprehensive employment package to our Traveling and Contract staff who commit to a minimum one school year employment agreement or, in medical travel, a one calendar year employment agreement.

We provide your clinical supervision if needed, pay you a great salary and give you full benefits including health care insurance, major medical insurance, prescription coverage, dental plan, vision plan, life insurance, professional liability insurance, workman's compensation, unemployment insurance, continuing education allowance and we pay for your licenses or certifications in whichever states you accept employment.
In our School Contract Staffing Division, we offer you a great work experience with children and a wide variety of clinical caseloads. Our compensation packages are structured so that we can custom fit your compensation to best fit your needs.
Our Medical Travel Division works primarily with hospitals, outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities. You can elect to work with SOS on an assignment to assignment basis, but in order to maximize your career goals, we encourage therapists to make a one year commitments so we can plan for their licensure and CEU needs over the course of the year.
Most of our therapists remain with us for years by renewing their school assignment each spring or committing to a new one year employment agreement. Because we are a therapist owned company we can provide you with many advantages that other companies cannot offer.
Permanent Placement Services
Because we do not offer Temporary and Contract services in all areas, we are also a licensed agency providing Permanent Placement assistance nationwide. When none of our SOS staff vacancies are suitable, we are happy to assist you find the perfect Permanent Position with one of our clients on an agency basis.
We have positions available with our permanent placement clients in all 50 states including those in which we hold staffing contracts. These jobs are in both school and medical settings. SOS will assist you in screening and interviewing for Perm positions, but you and the prospective employer negotiate the employment details if a suitable position is found.
